Aeronex drone services are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and FAA regulations. Services may be postponed or cancelled due to unsafe conditions. Aeronex reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Equipment Limitations
While Aeronex maintains equipment to industry standards, we do not guarantee zero equipment failure. Aeronex is not liable for data loss, service delays, or other damages resulting from equipment malfunction.
Third-Party Services
Aeronex may use third-party services (mapping, analytics, communication tools). Aeronex is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or failures.
Data and Imagery
All aerial imagery and data collected remains the property of Aeronex until full payment is received. Clients receive a license to use the materials for the agreed-upon purposes only.
User Responsibilities
Users of Aeronex services agree to:
- Provide accurate information when requesting services
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use services for illegal or harmful purposes
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt Aeronex operations
