Aeronex is a Southern California–based aerial and exterior asset operations company specializing in high-rise, multi-story, and large-scale exterior environments where traditional access methods are slow, costly, or disruptive.
Meet the Founder
Ryon Gayle
Ryon Gayle founded Aeronex because he witnessed something that wouldn't let him sleep: workers hanging off buildings in dangerous conditions, and property managers choosing between safety and cost.
With a background in aviation—including a degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a private pilot certificate with multi-engine land rating, and FAA Part 107 commercial remote pilot certification—Ryon brings aviation-grade standards to every operation. Combined with 16 years of general contracting experience, he understands the operational and safety challenges of complex exterior environments.
His philosophy is simple: precision, safety, and documentation aren't optional—they're foundational. This approach shapes everything Aeronex does.
